A massive forest fire seen in the Carmel Forest close to Haifa, northern Israel, 03 December 2010. A massive brushfire, the worst in Israel‘s history, raged unchecked for more than eight hours, burning thousands of acres of land, forcing whole villages to evacuate, and killing many when their bus was engulfed in flames.
